      Administration of Child Day Care Licensing

      Based on bservation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by means of not having mandated reported done by some staff which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: The director stated that this will be done by Friday 10/20/2023. LPA will receive proof of this being completed by email.

      Plan of correction: The director stated they would audit their signatures starting tomorrow. The director will provide proof via email the communication occuring with parent to ensure this task is being completed.
