Based on observation, interview, and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above during the staff breaks as there are two fully qualified teachers and one aide with no ECE units present supervising 25 children. During today's visit, LPA also observed 2 qualified teachers with 25 children in the outdoor area, while the aide is inside the facility prepping and cleaning.

Per facility director, Ravneet Lally (Reenu) will step in the next two weeks. The director will have part-time staff members fill-in and pick up hours until the enrollment numbers are lowered due to graduation. Additionally, the director states that the owner will also try to step in and LPA also sugested going through a staffing agency.
