Staff Member #1 has gained criminal record clearance and Director immediately sent Staff Member #2 (S2) to be fingerprinted. S2 shall not be present at the facility until they are cleared. Director will review the criminal record clearance regulation and develop a plan on how they will ensure staff have gained clearance before beginning to work at the facility.
