Upon arrival to the family child care home (FCCH), LPA observed 12 children in care (2 infants and 10 preschool-age), On 2/7/2023 Licensee had (2 infants/11 toddlers) a total of thirdteen (13) children in care which poses an immediate threat to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
