This requirement was not met and poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. Staff were negligent in ensuring the infants did not injure each other.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.
Recorded plan of correction
The allegation originated from occurrences that took place on and around November of 2020. Corrections have been made, staff member involved was terminated. The agency has held infant supervision training for all new staff members. The Director has provided proof of training.
