Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having Shantrice Hall in the home providing childcare without a fingerprint clearance from the Department which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.
Licensee will have Shantrice attempt to obtain fingerprint clearance through Department's Guardian system and keep Shantrice out of home until they have obtained Clearance. Licensee will send proof of the attempt to obtain fingerprint clearance to LPA by 13 March 2026.
