Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as nine children were observed in a room upstairs. LPAs also observed a separate room that has supplies and furniture setup for use by children, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care as licensee has not informed the Department that made the upstairs accessible to children in care.
