LPA observed that fingerprints for staff 1 (S1) thru 4 were not transferred/associated to the facility.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.

During the inspection, the facility representative worked with human resources department to transfer the fingerprints for S1 thru 4 and confirmation was provided to LPA. According to facility representative, moving forward all transfer requests will be emailed to her and HR director for processing to ensure that requests are processed in a timely manner. Minor
Based on the interviews conducted with staff it is unknown for how long where the napping children left alone when S3 ran after C1 and C2. Interviews revealed that the incident occurred within 2-3 minutes. Written staff statements corroborate with the staff interviews.
