Based on [(observation) (interview) (record review)], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the the licensee was unable to provide proof of 15 minute sleep logs for an infant present and enrolled. By admission the licensee stated they ceased maintaining infant sleep logs at 12 months of age, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
