Brewer, observed hygiene products and cleaning supplies in the children's restroom medicine cabinet and under the restroom vanity, and in the garage, which were not locked or latched. At 4:06 PM LPA observed items stored under the kitchen sink, such as Raid insect/bug killers and miscellaneous cleaning supplies, which were not locked and which poses a immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
