Based on observation and interview, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above by Staff admitting to leaving cleaning solutions out on the changeroom sink accessible to children in care which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Staff immediately placed the cleaning solutions in the cabinet under the sink and latched it with a safety latch making the cleaning solutions inaccessible to children in care. Correction was cleared during visit. Licensee stated she would follow-up with trainings of staff to ensure this would not reoccur in the future.
