Recorded plan of correction
Immediately, licensee agrees to ensure all individuals obtain a criminal record clearance prior to working in the home. Licensee agrees not to have A1 return until they have a clearance. Licensee agrees to submit a written statement of their understanding of the regulation and their statement acknowledging A1 will not return until they have a criminal record clearance by 12/18/25. Licensee had A1 get their livescan on 12/10/25, however, a clearance has not been obtained.
