A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC9924), or written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. Licensee was also reminded that they must follow the comments written on the license, which states, "18 PRESCHOOL CHILDREN AGES 2 YEARS TO ENTRY FIRST GRADE AND 12 TODDLERS AGES 18 TO 36 MONTHS". Licensee was also reminded that when they exceed the capacity and have school age children present, they are also in violation the the fire clearance. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director Skarleth Maldonado. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
