Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs observed bottled cleaning solutions in arms reach of children and were not stored appropriately which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Director immediately removed the bottled cleaning solutions to a higher shelves to be out of arms reach of children. Director will also submit proof that staff were reminded to put away any potential hazardous materials/objects by submitting a document with all the staff signatures.

Each child shall receive safe, healthful and comfortable accommodation. Director agreed to host a training on Children's Personal Rights, document the meeting and send proof of meeting to Licensing. Also, submit a written discipline policy as well as describe how staff would deal with challenging behavior children.
