      Outdoor Activity Space

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA's finding 8 pieces of glass on the play ground where ther children play which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Licensee will create plan to keep children in the bark area and cement only until dirt area is free of glass and create log for staff to check the bark area for glass before each scheduled play time. Licensee will only allow 21 children on the play ground at once per the new play ground square footage. Licensee will submit POC via email to sydney.sims@dss.ca.gov by 3/11/26
