On 06/09/2022 records reviewed revealed that the child in question was not provided a diaper change for a long period of time. Statement received by a staff stated that the children are not provided a diaper change when napping so the child is not interrupted. This poses a risk.

Director agrees to provide a training to the staff on Diaper changing and the regulation addressed. Director stated that she will provided a training agenda and role sheet of infant staff provided the training. Each staff will sign the role sheet. This training will be conducted and provided to LPA via email to stella.gutierrez@dss.ca.gov by the specified date of 10/07/2022
