Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as expire food (Mini Muffins and Honey Crackers), which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.

Faciity representative will review all food items and immediately discard all expired food. The staff will check the food periodically to ensure all expired food items are within the expiration date. The director shall send plan of action to LPA by 9/11/2026.

On 09/11/26, facility director shall removed the jumper from the facility, as jumpers are not allowed in the facility. The director shall provide a written plan of correction to CCL stating specifically how she will ensure that jumpers and such items are not used. LPA may return to ensure compliance.
