This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and documentation of the Lead Testing Result, the facility has 3 (three) water outlets that exceeds the 5PPB level.

The director states that the plan of correction is that the facility does not use the 2 water fountains, children bring their water bottles from home and another area is used to refill the water bottles as needed. The sink "A" is only used for hand washing. Report has been posted and parents notifed per director. Director submitted via email photos and report summary. Director will update LPA via email by April 20, 2023 if the facility will remove and/or replace the two outdoor water fountains. The indoor sink near the infant classroom is only used for hand washing.
