Site Supervisor stated that the facility plans to remove parts of water fountains for the 1st drinking fountain and capping off the 2nd drinking fountain, making both making it unusable.

Director stated she will conduct staff training and is hiring an additional staff to ensure supervision of children on the playground and in the bathroom by ensuring staff know to contact the office for help with toileting children. Director stated she understands staff cannot straddle indoor and outdoor supervision at the same time. Director reported she will provide LPA with detailed documentation of staff training and sign-in sheets via email on or before POC date of 06/24/2022.
