The LPA observed that Child C1,C2,C4,C7,and C8 did not have completed physician’s reports maintained in their files. This poses a potential health and safety risk to persons in care.

The director will review all enrolled children’s medication records and supplies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and will correct any additional deficiencies identified. The director stated that she will implement an ongoing procedure to verify that all medications brought into the facility are properly labeled, stored in original packaging, and accompanied by current physician instructions at the time of receipt.
