Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as 8 preschool-age children were present at the time of the inspection. LPA confirmed no children present were enrolled and attending TK or above, and no children were at least 6 years old, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
