Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as snack menus have not been shared with parents since 10/2025 after changing communication software. A written menu for the following week is usually kept in the facility's kitchen on a dry-erase whiteboard, but it was not filled in during today's inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.
Recorded plan of correction
Director will fill out a snack menu for the following week immediately and a copy shall be shared with parents. Director will send a copy of the snack menu to LPA at jialing.zhu@dss.ca.gov by 06/19/2026. Director will review the above regulation and ensure the facility maintain in compliance moving forward.
