Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In reviewing staff records, it was determined that staff #3 did not have the required units to be a fully qualified teacher. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

During the inspection this deficiency was corrected by assigning qualified staff to the classroom. Director was able to accomplish this due to having five additional staff and only 25 children present. Director also agrees to submit a written plan as to how this deficiency will be avoided in the future. Plan to be submitted to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 1/30/2026.
