Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [count] of the door being closed of the room infant was sleeping in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee corrected the violation during the visit as she opened the door and was told that the door to the rooms infant sleeps in must remain opened at all times and licensee has to be able to observe the children. Licensees stated the door will remain open now.
