LPA observed licensee remove all harmful items, Licensee will also update facility sketch to reflect that children do not have access to the kitchen. LPA provided the LIC999 for them to update the sketch. Licensee will also utilize a gate or close the glass door to ensure chldren do not have access to the kitchen. Facility sketch will be emailed to LPA to cynthia.alvarez@dss.ca.gov
