Licensee removed the items out the reach of children in care during the inspection, they will place them in areas out the reach of childen. Licensee will write out a statement indicating how they will prevent from an incident like this from occuring again. Licensee will submit the statement to LPA via email at cynthia.alvarez@dss.ca.gov.
