persons. This requirement has not been met as evidence by: Observation and witness statements that L1 lightly hit children on the bottom. This is a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.

Licensee (L1) stated she will use vebal prompts and positive reinforcement, instead of using "taps" on their bottoms, to assist children with doing what they are supposed to do. L1 stated she will develop a detailed written plan for how to implement this change and will email the detailed written plan to LPA on or before the POC due date.
