Based on LPAs observations and interviews with staff members, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to Staff # 2 (S2) stated that the staff do not provide 100 percent supervision to children in care because they need to input and finish the Daily Activities Report on the ipads before 3:00PM while they are outside supervising the children, and Staff # 3 (S3) stated that there is a lack of supervision because staff need to input and finish the Daily Activities Report on the ipads before 3:00PM while they are outside supervising the children which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
