By POC date, The licensee stated they will submit to licensing a comprehensive training plan to be conducted with all staff by December 4, 2025. The plan will outline internal procedures for medical and/or emergency situations and the regulation cited. All training materials and a staff sign in/out will be submitted to CCL by December 05, 2025. Also, LPA Gerth informed Director Yunuen Morales to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 11/24/25 that documents any Type A citation(s) to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child’s file for verification. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report, exit interview and notice of site visit was provided to Director Yunuen Morales.
