LICENSEE WILL SUBMIT A DETAILED SUMMARY THE AGENDA, WHAT THE FACILITY WILL NOW DO TO PREVENT ANOTHER INCIDENT AND ALSO SUBMIT A SIGN IN SHEET OF ALL STAFF THAT ATTENDED THE TRAINING BY 11/23/22.
