The instructor for the Webby Dance Company, Ashley Kim, was allowed to be unsupervised by qualified facility staff during sessions provided to children in care. Per Director, Ashley Kim has been providing dance services for 3 years. Ashley Kim has a criminal record clearance but the clearance was not transfered to the license prior to conducting dance sessions which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
