      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed trash bin at the exit of the classroom to not have a tight fitted lid with food waste present which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Per Principal, a tight fitted lid for trash bins used for solid waste will be purchased. Proof of purchase and a photo of correction will be submitted to the LPA via email by POC due date.
