Recorded plan of correction
As a plan of correction, principal provided LPA today with a resource handout to reinforce requirements for care and supervision, for all staff. Per principal, all staff will be required to read and sign hand out and watch the, "Supervision children in childcare center" video on the CDSS online resource webpage. Principal will provide LPA with a copy of staff acknowledgement signature forms. Per principal, staff have also been designated to take their breaks when the class is inside. Staff no longer take breaks when the class is outside, all staff are required to be present outside during outdoor playtime. LPA received a copy of the staff outdoor designated area for supervision.
