LPA observed two large kitchen knifes in the lower kitchen cabinet. Licensee's sister threw one knife on top of the upper kitchen cabinet to make it inaccessible and when LPA informed her that wasn't safe practice she placed the other knife in the upper kitchen cabinet.

Upon arrival to the facility LPA observed an infant asleep in a playpen with two loose blankets, baby bottle and two plastic gloves near infants head.
