1. Staff 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 not associated with the license number 434411985. Staff 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 supervised in the preschool classrooms. The Director stated that the licensee has the only access to Guardian to process this requirement. Section 101170(e)(2) All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility to Request a transfer of a criminal record clearance. This section was discussed with the Director on LPA’s visit dated 8/13/2025.

Section 101221 Child's Records (a) A separate, complete and current record for each child is maintained in the childcare center, and 101217 Personnel Records (a) The licensee shall ensure that personnel records are maintained on the licensee, administrator and each employee. These sections were discussed with the Director on LPA’s visit dated 8/13/2025.
