observations the Director was by herself with 19 children. LPA observed 2 children awake, 1 of them walking around. Per administrator and Director the opening teacher was off at 12:30 pm and the next teacher would arrive at 1:30 pm. This poses an immediate risk for the health and safety of children in care.
