Recorded plan of correction
The licensee will conduct a staff meeting to review Child Care Licensing regulation 101229 – Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision, along with the center’s procedures for classroom transitions to ensure proper supervision is maintained. This training will also be included in onboarding for all newly hired staff. A sign-in sheet will be used during the training. Staff will print their names, sign, and date their attendance. By the end of business on 06/25/2026, the Director will email PDFs of the sign-in sheet and training materials to LPA Valerie Mireles as proof of completion.
