Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in during the inspection of the playyard LPA observed the steps to the inductrial plastic play structure have cracks and the top of the play structure wall railings have broken pieces, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Director Debbie Martinez confirmed facility uses Alhambra bottle services to provide drinking water to children in care. Director Debbie Martinez will submit Alhambra bottle service contact to CCL by October 5, 203. Director confirmed that parents/guardians will be notified of the exceedance via letter.
