During inspection of the play room, the laundry room doors were closed did not have a lock on the door and LPA observed cleaning products such as mr clean all purpose cleaner, bleach, laundry detergent, and other miscellaneous products. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Upon observation and review, LPA did not find a fire drill log on the premises. When discussed with licensee, it was verified that fire drills are not being done. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights to children in care.
