(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. Deficient Practice Statement 1 2 3 4 Based on the inspection of the preschool rooms and bathrooms, LPA observed the floors, walls, and area rugs in need of a deep cleaning. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
