Staff-Infant Ratio

Based on documentation, the facility was operating out or ratio on two dates in April. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Director will implement a plan in writing of how facility will remain in ratio including a copy of staff members' work schedules. It will also include a plan on the how facility plans to document when teachers from the preschool rooms come over to help the infant room. All documents will be submitted to Community Care Licensing Office by the Plan of Correction due date, 07/30/2026.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was not able to provide evidence of lead water testing as required by AB2370, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
