staff and parent interviews, there has been two recent outbreaks of HFMD within the facility and only the parents of the specific classroom that the outbreak occurred were notified. Children share the facility, playgrounds, and staff float from classroom to classroom. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and person rights of children in care.
