Based on observation of the yard, LPA observed there to be a gate that was open to an area off limits area. The gate does is currently unable to close properly. LPA also observed two long white tables that broken in multiple areas and a broken spiderman chair desk. Outdoor Activity Space
Based on observation of the yard, LPA observed there to be a gate that was open to an area off limits area. The gate does is currently unable to close properly. Lead Testing
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Per licensee, the facility has not been tested for lead. Licensee stated that the children do not drink from the drinking fountains and only drink bottled water that they bring from home. Licensee did stated that she uses one of the sinks for boiling water when cooking.
Plan of correction: Licensee agrees to submit proof that facility have the water tested for lead contamination levels and submit proof to CCL Fresno by due date 12/08/2023.
