LPAs observed an uncleared adult in the home. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety to children in care. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee Fatima Islam stated that she will have the adult take the necessary steps to be cleared and confirms the adult will not be in the home until there is a fingerprint clearance for them. Licensee stated that she will provide a written statement stating that uncleared adults will not be in the home while children are in care. Licensee will submit proof of completion to CCLD via email or text by POC deadline.
