      Administration of Child Day Care Licensing

      Based on LPA's observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the director Michelle's Mandated Reporter Training expired January 2025. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Director states she will complete the Mandated Reporter Training by 10/20/25 and send the certificate as proof of correction to LPA V. Wheatley at veronica.wheatley@dss.ca.gov.

      Correction due Oct 20, 2025. Standard 1596.8662(b)(1).

      Personnel Requirements

      Based on LPA's observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA reviewed the staff records and observed at least three staff without health screening report. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Director will have the staff get the health screenings completed and submit proof via email by 11/4/25 to LPA V. Wheatley at veronica.wheatley@dss.ca.gov.
