Recorded plan of correction
Health Specialist (HS) stated water was turned off immediately to the four outlets. The proposed plan is for maintenance to replace all four faucets and will also be replacing the pipes that lead from the bottom of sinks to wall. A notice was posted by all four faucets stating DO NOT USE. HS will also provide a copy of the letter that was sent to parents via email to LPA. Once work is complete HS stated she will have the same company (Advanced Environmental) re-flush, and re-test on the affected outlets to get back into compliance.
