A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. Appeals rights were discussed, Notice of Site Visit was given and to be posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and given to Director, Ziporah Truly.
