This requirement is not met as evidence by: The report dated 07/21/23 notes that this construction of the indoor classrooms should have been completed by 08/14/23. CCL did not receive any reports regarding the construction not being completed in rooms 1 and 2. Furthermore, LPM and LPA Katrdzhyan were informed during today's visit that the construction for the outdoor area will continue for another year and half.
