FR states they will immediately remove unlabelled meat and will replace meat and place a label describing contents, expiration date and date it was stored in bag, and send picture to LPA by the POC date. Facility Representative states they will have the exposed outlets covered today. FR states they will place a cover on the exposed wires and send pictures of completion to LPA by POC date. FR states staff will conduct a weekly facility plant check and will log any repairs or hazards, will submit work order for repair and protect children from coming into contact with any hazard area.
