Recorded plan of correction
The licensee will create and enforce a supervision plan that outlines clear procedures for transitions, restroom breaks, outdoor play, and nap time to ensure that no child is ever left unattended. The licensee will conduct a training session with all staff on proper supervision practices, including maintaining line-of-sight supervision, completing head counts during transitions, and ensuring staff presence in all areas where children are located. The licensee will submit a written statement confirming completion of staff training, implementation of the new supervision plan, and steps taken to prevent recurrence of inadequate supervision by the POC due date to LPA via email.
